Calling All Portland Dogs!!!
So excited to be chosen again to be an official fundraising photographer for the newest volume of Tails of the World, The Book. Tails of the World is a collective of 74 pet photographers from around the world helping to raise money for dogs in need. Each photographer gets to choose a local charity for their donation and the book sales raise money for Geelong Animal Welfare Society
I will be representing Portland and hope you will join me for this fun-filled and heartfelt project. The money raised from my photography sessions will benefit the Street Savvy Dog Rescue
Street Savvy Dog Rescue is an all-breed, no-kill rescue focused on providing compassionate and kind rehabilitation for dogs in need of a loving home. Our mission is to rescue abandoned dogs from high-kill shelters in under-served communities and relocate them to adoptive homes in the Pacific Northwest.
Have I peaked your interest?
There are only 10 spots available. Once I have reviewed the applications, I will make my selections, and you will be notified that your dog has been chosen to take part in this international project.
Note: The selections will be based on locations, availability, and an attempt to have a wide variety of breeds.
Things to consider:
-Do you live in the Portland area?
-Is your dog motivated by treats, funny sounds, or toys?
-Are they outgoing and not too shy? (These are quicker sessions than normal so I don't get my usual warm-up time)
-Are you available on any of the following days for either early morning or early evening shoots? Emphasis on the early morning.
If you said yes to all of these then your dog sounds like a perfect fit for this project.
